Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid ith CPR and AED
This is a credentialed course specially designed to train those
responsible for childrens health and safety. It is backed by
comprehensive state-by-state research and is formatted for instructors
to customize it to include all topics required. Course modules cover
first aid for medical emergencies, injury emergencies, and environmental
emergencies, adult/child CPR and AED use and infant CPR and relief of
foreign body airway obstruction in all ages. There is a module devoted
to asthma including care of the child with asthma, the medications
prescribed for these children and the use of equipment necessary to
deliver their specific treatment.
